ECO Friendly Medical Clinical Waste Incinerator&Disposal Description:

Incineration in the main combustion chamber incineration of waste, the main combustion chamber smoke again to ensure environmental protection without black smoke, tasteless, reduce pathogen infection. Clinical waste incinerator has the characteristics of good combustion effect, reasonable combustion process and high degree of harmlessness. Incineration reduces the solid mass of waste by 80%-85&and the volume by 96-96%.

High temperature Incineration consists of garbage pretreatment system, incineration system, flue gas biochemical dust removal system and gas generator (auxiliary ignition, incineration) 4 systems, which can realize automatic feeding, screening, drying, incineration, dust removal, one machine automatic control.

ECO Friendly Medical Clinical Waste Incinerator&Disposal Features:

1.Medical Incinerator mainly consists of ordinary steel plates, and is easy to assemble. Because ash vents and chimneys are exposed to high temperature or acid conditions, hot dip aluminized steel plates are used to provide high durability and acid resistance.
2. The cyclone and exhaust pipe are made of steel plate and covered with iron aluminum alloy.
3. Fireproof materials are used in furnace, charging door and ash door.
4. Fireproof heat preservation material is used in the combustion chamber, which can effectively improve the temperature of the furnace, accelerate the ignition of the treatment and promote the combustion of flue gas.
5. The combustion chamber can be as high as 800ºC-1200ºC, which can achieve the effect of sterilization and disinfection. Through this process, the incinerator components have excellent acid and heat resistance.
6. A double-chamber structure is used to mix solid waste and carbon in the upper layer for incineration.
7. Collect ash to upper ash door for easy cleaning.
8. The gas, smoke and exhaust gas produced by the main combustion chamber are eliminated by burning at high temperature

Working rules:
1. Primary pyrolysis gasification
Organic matter in waste is decomposed into combustible gas by pyrolysis and gasification.
2. Mixed combustion
The temperature of the secondary combustion chamber is controlled above 850℃, and the residence time is above 2s.
3. Secondary combustion
Turbulent combustion will completely remove black smoke and odors. Inhibit the production of toxic and harmful substances such as dioxins from the source.
4. Smoke purification room
A gas absorption chamber can absorb gas again.
5. The chimney
It cools the temperature of the gas.
