The 3 pin skull fixation device helps to fix the skull and has three fixation points that transfer the skull scalp directly to the bone structure of the skull, firmly attaching the skull to the operating table and keeping the patient's head fixed throughout the procedure.

6. Commutator can hold firmly the skull rack, support rod, without looseness.
7. Support rod can support the circle firmly without looseness.
8. The circle has a groove of 6mm±1 for flexible axle retractor to move around the circle.
